1. Q: Can you make my brand and what is the MOQ?
    A: Yes, we provide OEM service with your private label as long as your order quantity can meet MOQ is 200pcs per model or your order quanity can load a full 20ft container.

2. Q: Can you send me your full price list?
    A: We need you to provide the models list as different market has different popular models. There is no full price list as the battery prices will change according to the lead ingot price and exchange rate. 

3. Q: What is the warranty of the battery? How do you handle the warranty?
    A: Normally we provide one year warranty for our batteries and it depends on requirements of different market. We will replace them in next order for the RMA batteries free of charge.

4. Q: How long is your production lead time?
    A: Our normal production lead time is 20-30 days and some cases 15 days for popular models.

5. Q: How to ship them, by 20ft or 40ft? How many tons can I load?
    A: Batteries are heavy goods and ship by 20ft container. Max. loading weight is 28 tons and it depends on the limit required by destination port.
